Try the demo and see for yourself:

  1. Get pencil and paper.
  2. Write down a number of 4 or more digits (don't make too easy).
  3. Scramble the digits into a new number.
  4. Subtract the smaller number from the bigger one.
  5. Discard one of the digits from the result (but it can't be a zero).
  6. Scramble the remaining digits of the result into a new number and enter it into the input box. I will divine the digit you discarded.
